SHIPPING INFORMATION
Standard shipping takes place within 7 business days, while express shipping is within 4 business days, except during certain periods of the year or during new product launches, where delays may occur due to seasonal or promotional peaks. For the Islands and Calabria, delivery requires an additional 24 to 48 hours.
For MADE-TO-ORDER items, preparation normally takes a maximum of 10 business days, though in some cases this may extend up to 30 days. Upon checkout, you can choose your preferred delivery address (home, business, etc.). For orders containing multiple items, the customer may receive multiple shipments; in this case, an email will be sent with the tracking numbers for each package.
The indicated delivery terms refer to products currently in stock and, although carefully estimated, are not binding for CapricciStore.com, which may subsequently confirm or modify them based on actual requirements. Delays in delivery of less than 30 (thirty) days do not entitle the Customer to refuse delivery or claim any compensation or indemnity.
Accepting the delivery without providing a specific "reservation" or dispute on the transport document is equivalent to acknowledging that the delivery conforms to the Order in terms of quantity, type, and packaging. CapricciStore.com is not liable for damage, theft, or loss of products returned via uninsured shipments at the Customer's expense.
LEGAL WARRANTY OF CONFORMITY
In case of receipt of products that do not match the order, the Customer must refuse the goods and report it directly to the courier at the time of delivery. The Seller will then provide replacement products in accordance with the Order.
In case of defective products, the Customer is entitled to have the conformity restored free of charge through repair or replacement. Obvious accidental damage (e.g., broken chains, dents due to falls or impacts) never entitles the Customer to a replacement or repair.
This warranty is valid provided that both following conditions are met:

The defect manifests within 30 days of the delivery date.

The Customer files a formal claim regarding the defects within a maximum of 1 month from the date the defect was recognized.
Customers acting as Consumers are entitled to the restoration of conformity free of charge, through repair or replacement, or to an appropriate price reduction or contract termination regarding the disputed goods and subsequent refund. In the event of a defective or non-compliant product, CapricciStore.com will organize the pickup of the item at its own expense, subject to the Customer's availability.
